What is a Vampire?
What is a Vampire?
A Vampire is a human that either died and was cursed by a demon-cat leaping over its casket or by being bitten by a Vampire and drinking their blood. Vampires do not need to eat nor drink human food but can if they please (even though it is tasteless and can hurt their stomachs), but do need blood of some kind of creature to survive, even though human is best. Considering they are essentially dead, they cannot use elemental magic, but can invoke their inner elemental sensitivity.
What kind of blood do Vampires need?
Human is best by far, but most carnivorous mammals are fine for a short while. If a Vampire goes without human blood for more than a couple months, they will start to deteriorate and become more irritable and aggressive. Longer can result in hallucination and corpse-like quality.
What are some Vampire powers?
All Vampires have a specific element they draw power from, and that usually colors their talents in life and magical sensitivity. Do more research if you’re curious, but here are a few elemental examples:
Water: healing powers, divination powers
Earth: growing powers, powers of rest, most closely associated with death
Fire: healing powers, protection
Air: flight, rebirth
Vampires cannot use magic directly, but can have extreme sensitivity to it and even draw power from their element.
Who are the current covens?
Currently they is only one real Vampire coven considering most Vampires prefer to wander alone or in pairs.
• Hydes Park Coven
These vampires belong to a close-knit community that always watches each others’ backs. With such a large coven, it’s no wonder they hold so much power over the other beings of their third world. They are characterized by their arrogant and regal attitudes as well as their leadership qualities. They are closely allied with the Nochoe Alpha pack.

• Blood Souls Coven
This coven is both dark and alluring, its priest and priestess characterized by their yin-yang personas. While most are supporters of Fleur de Lis, believing they were chosen to defy death as Vampires, just as many are on the wall, not sure whether to choose sides in a war against legions of Werewolves.
o Priest: Johnathan Barker
o Priestess: Lolita Winters
